The Novare Group, Atlanta base company plans to build $67 million dollar Rental High-Rise apartment building in Downtown Houston. The SkyHouse apartment will consist of 336 rental units, prices start around $1600/month for 800 Sq.ft. There are two other partners are seeking a public incentive potentially worth as much as $4 million. The tax break, the developer said, would help offset the high costs of building downtown – an area still expanding its residential population.
The development team could start construction as early as the first quarter of next year on what would be a 24-story tower along Main Street in the southern half of downtown
